Welcome to Macros and Melted Cheese. A food blog for people who are eating to fuel workouts and refuse to eat boring food.
I'm Audrey. I like to train hard and eat food that fuels my workouts. I started this blog because I got tired of meal prep that looked (and tasted) like punishment. No beige chicken, no sad rice. Just food I actually enjoy eating that happens to help me hit my macros.
You won’t find nutritional advice here. I’m not a dietitian, nutritionist, coach or any kind of fitness or medical professional. I’m just sharing the kind of recipes I cook for myself: high-protein, satisfying, and full of flavour. I grew up in Texas, but live in London. I'll do my best to write recipes you can follow on either side of the Atlantic.
What to expect:
